Seen early in the evening is 50 035 Ark Royal at Bristol Temple Meads, 18th November 1978. Although recently named, the loco seems to have missed a repaint at this time. This locomotive is now one of the preserved examples, based at the Severn Valley Railway. For a recent photo click here.
