Missed it! Even with modern digital photography things do not always go to plan! The downside of a digicam is the delay between the camera focusing and the actual shot being taken, not exactly an advantage when trying to capture images of trains travelling at 100mph+! This scene, taken for Then & Now was improved (though not perfected!) here.
