25th June 2010 and at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway the unusually warm summer necessitated an emergency timetable to restrict steam locomotives working over the tinder dry moors. As well as the railways Class 24 No. D5061 and Class 25 No. D7628, the railway hired in Nemesis Rail owned Class 31 No. 31 128 Charybdis to cover the revised workings. The locomotive is pictured here at Grosmont shed soon after arriving at the railway.
