45 108 stands in the line up of locomotives at the impressive Swanwick shed at the Midland Railway Centre on the 13th February 2010. Originally based at The Railway Age, Crewe, the locomotive spent many months languishing at Crewe carriage sidings before being secured by the Peak Locomotive Company. The machine arrived at the MRC in a somewhat dilapidated green liveried condition, see here. Now supporting full rail blue livery, 45 108 retains the full, one piece, centre headcode panel.
