The final years and the rundown of the Class 45 locomotives saw many of the previously named machines loose their nameplates. Tinsley depot however ,seemed to take heart on the 'grand old ladies' and as well as re-applying some of their old titles, decided to newly name a handful of the class, this time though not with the application of a nameplate, but by use of a carefully painted replica. Below sees the reproduction of these names, a fitting tribute to the final years of the Class 45's.
